I imagine myself rising in the industry and dealing at a higher level with clients. What I have in mind is to work with the bigger clients. It may take a while, but initially, I have plenty of things to learn. I hope that in the coming years, I will stand firm on my ground.

It is true that many vacancies are filled by referrals from current workers, so it can be helpful to have a professional network while progressing in a career. Access to new career opportunities.

On-the-job experience: without access to the work, it is hard for Tt to obtain such experience. The need for more realistic opportunities, such as internships and apprenticeships, for young people is immense. Young people prefer to learn by experience, but for everyone, there are just not enough resources.

In any formula for success, hard work is an ingredient, but the intensely competitive work climate of today does not always account for commitments outside the workplace. As a consequence, employers requiring long hours and mentally demanding performance often face unreasonable expectations from recent grads.

I will bring back humanity.

We really change the way society treats animals. Animal testing, breed-specific legislation, and over-populated shelters are all contributing to an issue we cannot possibly solve without major changes.

I will end global warming.
