Being a student myself ,i feel like students dont have ample access to information for them to choose a career from. It is limited to a very few options. There are many unheard and interesting, out of the box career pathways a person can choose which actually suits one's interest.
Not having a good career mentor. Since not all parents have knowledge about the jobs in demand right now,a good mentor is in high need to achieve the aspired career.
Not having the knowledge about good colleges and scholarship they can apply through related to their area of interest.

World peace would be a cliche one. So let me go with appointing highly educated people in politics, Implement nutritional education and Bring in empathy for living beings.
